Farnes at the Sværefjord
The vacation home project Farnes contains several houses of different sizes near Balestrand
at the Sognefjord :

identic houses (70 m²), where 4 of them are finished and sold
already, and 2 more are under construction and will be finished in summer 2016.

large houses (120 m²), where 1 of them is under construction and
will be finished in summer 2016. The other house is under planning.
Houses 70 m²:
- Placement: in Farnes at the Sværefjord, 20 km north for Balestrand.
- Ground:
650-700 m² self-owned ground each cabin, with panorama view over the fjord and on the mountains.
There are plans for a public boats place nearby. Additional there
are grounds for boat-houses for sale nearby.

woodden timber cabins, 70 m², with a large terace on the fjord
side. First floor with living room, kitchen, closet
and bathroom. Second floor with 2 large bedrooms and balcony.

Facilities: full kitchen equipment like ceran cooking place,
ovn, fridge/freezer, dishwasher,
microwave,
van over cooking place. Full bathroom equipment like shower,
WC, wash basin. Firewood ovn in the living room.
Floorheating in the first floor.
Electric ovns in the second floor.

+ 1500 NOK fees for documents.
